Cancellation Policy
At Ziv, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Cancellation can be made within 24 Hours of placing an order. If we haven't processed it yet, we will initiate the refund which will get credited to your original payment method within 10 Working Days. If the order has already been processed, INR 100 will be Charged for processing Reverse Shipping irrespective of total bill amount.
The same amount of INR 100 will be applicable for reverse shipping if the product returns to us undelivered.
