A Return or Exchange can be requested via WhatsApp at +91 91491 21226 within 48 hours of delivery. House of Mana follows a 48-hour Return or Exchange Policy, which means you have 48 hours from the time you receive your order to request a Return or Exchange.
To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, undamaged, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also be required to provide the receipt or other valid proof of purchase. Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it and notify you whether the Return or Exchange has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
A reverse shipping charge of INR 200 will be applicable on all Returns or Exchanges, irrespective of the total order value. For orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD), our team will contact you to collect your bank details so that the eligible refund can be credited directly to your bank account.
